in-stock orders (Level 1):
orders ship within 3–5 business days. delivery timing depends on your selected shipping method. you will receive tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

pre-orders (Level 2):
pre-order status will be confirmed by Friday, February 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT.

if our 1,000 order minimum is met, pre-orders will ship 6–8 weeks from February 20, 2026, with an estimated delivery window of:

April 3 – April 17, 2026.

if timelines shift, you will be notified no later than two weeks before the updated ship date.

level 1 (in-stock support):
your $15 thank-you gift card will be emailed after your order is successfully delivered. orders must ship and be marked delivered to qualify.

level 2 (pre-order support):
your $10 thank-you gift card will be emailed after your pre-order ships.

if we do not meet our 1,000 order minimum, each pre-order participant will receive an additional $15 store credit.
