1. shipping timelines

ready-to-ship products

these are our standard collection items that are already in our warehouse.

  • processing: 2–3 business days.

  • transit: shipped at standard speeds via usps or ups (typically 5–7 business days within the continental u.s.).

made-to-order products

these are specialized, small-batch, or custom-crafted items produced specifically for your order.

  • production: These items require a dedicated production window

  • transit: Once production is complete, please allow approximately 6 weeks for these items to be delivered

note: if your order contains both "ready-to-ship" and "made-to-order pre-ordered" items, they will be grouped together and both treated as made-to-order.

2. returns & exchanges

eligibility

  • ready-to-ship items: returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

  • made-to-order items: due to the custom nature of these products, all made-to-order sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

how to initiate a return

  1. email us at hello@adwoabeauty.com with your order number and "return request" in the subject line.

  2. provide a brief reason for the return.

  3. once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. (please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.)

3. damaged or missing items

  • damages: please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • missing packages: if your tracking says "delivered" has not arrived, please wait 24 hours. if it still hasn't arrived, contact us so we can help you track it down or file a claim.
